Delete account

Email accounts

Sign in, open Profile settings, and choose Delete account. Confirm the deletion to permanently remove your RoadWitness email credential and end the browser session.

Google sign-in

Sign in, open Profile settings, and choose Delete account to remove your RoadWitness session and local browser profile. RoadWitness cannot delete your Google identity. You can separately remove RoadWitness access from your Google Account. This does not delete your Google Account.

What remains

Account deletion does not automatically erase encrypted evidence stored only on your phone; clear the RoadWitness app data or uninstall the app to remove it. Records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or an active evidence obligation may be retained only as long as required.

If you cannot sign in, email support@roadwitness.org from the address associated with the account to begin a verified deletion request.
